Brand new to pole? Start here! In this class you will learn the foundations of pole. Learn to walk around the pole, body trace, and execute simple and beautiful spins and transitions. We recommend taking this class 6-8 times before graduating. Heels optional.
Pole Level 1
In this beginner pole class you will begin learning to climb the pole, as well as add new and technical tricks, spins, and transitions to your arsenal. You will also begin learning how to put moves together to create fun and fluid pole combos. Must be cleared by an instructor to take this class.
Pole Level 2/3
Continue to build strength and fluidity in this mixed level pole class. In this class, you will begin to learn how to go upside down and put together longer and more complex pole combos. Must be able to climb the pole and be cleared by an instructor to take this class.
Slink N’ Slither
Slink, slither, and slide in this pole and floorwork based sexy choreography class! In this class, you will learn a slow paced and seductive 1-2 minute routine that will have you performing mesmerizing transitions and feeling yourself. Grab your phone for the opportunity to record your full run through of the routine at the end of class. Suitable for all levels. Heels and kneepads recommended.
Learn the art of chair dance and tease in this sensual choreography and chair tricks class. Using the chair as an apparatus, you’ll be hair whipping and body tracing your audience into a trance! Heels and knee pads recommended. All levels welcome.
Flexy Low Flow
Roll around on the floor – but make it sexy. In this class you will learn technical tricks and transitions on the floor and utilizing the base of the pole. Focus will be on technique and execution, with modifications available based on level. Suitable for pole level 1+. Heels/socks and kneepads recommended.
Build those pole muscles in this strength conditioning class using the pole! Class will begin with a 10–15-minute warm-up, 30-40 minutes of specified exercises on the pole that will help you achieve those most coveted pole tricks, and will end with a 10-minute cool down. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch and Flex
Knock out those flexy goals with stretch and flex, our class tailored to specified flexibility training to achieve splits and tricks on and off the pole! This is a rotating class with focus on front splits, middle splits, back, and shoulder flexibility – changing each week. Suitable for all levels.
Intro to Lyra
Get elevated and learn the fundamental skills needed for an aerial hoop practice. You’ll be in the air on day one!
Learn higher level skills and combinations to create sequences that flow. Pre-requisite: you should be able to mount the lyra at chest height.
Think big band jazz, feathers, fringe, and tassels. This choreography class takes us back to the vintage artform, before the revival in the 90’s. Be ready to bump, grind, and shimmy!
The art of the tease with a modern twist. Taking inspiration from classic burlesque, neo burlesque expands the artform to include a greater variety of aesthetics, move, and music.
