Do you take walk ins?
No, all class reservations and studio tours must be booked in advance online or by phone. In-person payments can be handled in advance by appointment only. Please visit our “schedule” link to book.
What is your cancellation policy?
For all group classes, you must cancel 6 hours in advance to have your credit returned to you. If you cancel within 6 hours of class start time, you forfeit your class credit. If you are a no show, you also forfeit the class credit.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Does my class pack expire?

All memberships renew monthly and unused class credits rollover to the following month on our 8 and 12 class memberships, as long as the membership remains active.
Do I have to be able to do a pull-up, push up, etc… to take class?
Nope! We welcome students of all levels to take a class with us. Please see class descriptions in punchpass prior to booking to ensure that you are taking a beginner friendly class if you are brand new to pole dance/aerial.
What should I wear to class?
For pole classes, please wear clothing that allows your legs and arms to grip the pole (shorts and a t-shirt, tank top, or sports bra is fine!) and avoid hand and body lotion at least 12 hours prior to class. Heels are optional.
For aerial classes, please wear fitted athletic clothing that covers your legs and abdomen to protect your skin.
For grounded classes like our chair dance class, sultry heels, stretch and flex etc. you can wear whatever you are comfortable in but we recommend athletic clothing that is comfortable to move in.
Do students share poles?
No, we specialize in small group class settings with one student to a pole, but we do allow friends to share if a class is full and we are given consent from both parties prior to class. Select events and workshops may share equipment, please check descriptions prior to booking.
Do students share lyras/silks?
Yes. Due to the nature of our aerial classes where students are in the air more frequently and for longer periods of time, we only have four rig points for the instructor to monitor at a time and we allow two students to each point.
Can I observe a class before trying it?
No. For the comfort and safety of our students, we have a no observer policy during our group classes.
